We offer custom-made wigs made with 100% human hair, specifically European/Caucasian hair. We use a 13×4 front lace cap and 11” x 5,5” Absolute Glueless with ear tabs, but we can also customize 13×6 or full lace caps upon request.

To place an order, please schedule a video consultation or phone call with us to discuss your vision for your dream wig. We’ll assist you with taking measurements and choosing the perfect color, length, and thickness. Once the details are confirmed, you can place your order and make your payment.

The production time for a custom-made wig is 3-6 weeks. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way and send you photos of the final product for your approval before shipping.

Before shipping, we’ll send you photos of the final product for your approval. You can make small changes to the color at this stage free of charge. However, once the product has been shipped, we cannot make any further changes.

All wigs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We recommend that you are certain of your color and style choices before placing your order.

We recommend that you use a wig brush or wide-tooth comb to detangle your wig, and avoid using heat styling tools. We will give you all the instructions regarding how to take care of your wig after you receive it.

We will do our best to match the wig as closely as possible to the picture. However, as all wigs are hand-made and every screen can show color slightly different, we cannot guarantee that the wig will look exactly like the picture. The acceptable difference is one tone lighter or darker.

However, if you find that the wig does not fit properly due to incorrect measurements, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist you, but please note that once the measurements are provided, the wig will be custom made based on those measurements and it will not be possible to make any changes or adjustments. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will do our best to ensure that your wig fits perfectly.
